Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance scorecards using Alteryx and SQL to track key metrics in customer operations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement in JPMorgan Chase's operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure scorecard accuracy and relevance
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficient reporting
  • Generate insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all data handling activities
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management in the financial services domain
  • Monitor and optimize scorecard performance, troubleshooting issues in data pipelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices within the team
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets from financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and scorecards in customer operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in the National Capital Region, Philippines
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
