Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for payment product expansion in the Philippines
• Ensure all payment products comply with local and international regulatory standards, including BSP and AML requirements
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling collateral materials for product launches
• Streamline testing processes, including user acceptance testing and quality assurance for new features
• Support market expansion strategies by developing go-to-market plans and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to integrate payment solutions into JP Morgan's global platform
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues in payment processing workflows
• Facilitate cross-border payment initiatives, leveraging JP Morgan's treasury services expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector, including Philippine banking regulations
• Proven track record in market analysis and product development for emerging markets
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research techniques
• Ability to travel occasionally for market expansion initiatives
