Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts for business units
• Prepare accurate management reports and dashboards for senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Utilize advanced Excel models and financial software to analyze complex datasets
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance-related financial reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency
• Support ad-hoc projects related to cost optimization and revenue forecasting in the financial services sector
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all planning and analysis deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and variance analysis
• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification such as CFA or CPA
