Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic financial insights to support international business units at JP Morgan Chase
• Prepare accurate forecasting and budgeting models for global operations
• Produce timely and high-quality financial reports compliant with internal and regulatory standards
• Innovate and implement new reporting capabilities using advanced analytics and automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify trends
• Support senior management in decision-making through data-driven recommendations
• Monitor and reconcile international financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis workflows
• Assist in ad-hoc projects related to risk assessment and profitability analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and reporting tools in a global banking environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal financial systems and tools
• Experience in international treasury or corporate finance roles
