Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for the Finance Data Platform, focusing on transformation and innovation for financial forecasting
• Collaborate with finance, technology, and data teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Drive the integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities into the data platform to enhance forecasting accuracy
• Manage stakeholder engagement across JP Morgan Chase's global finance operations to ensure alignment with business needs
• Oversee agile sprints, product backlogs, and delivery timelines for platform enhancements
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve data quality, accessibility, and scalability in financial planning
• Conduct market analysis on emerging data technologies and assess their applicability to JP Morgan's financial services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all platform developments
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform adoption and impact on forecasting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in data platforms or financial services
• Proven track record in managing data transformation projects within large-scale financial institutions
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business Analytics or Finance
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Data Analytics
