Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain platform infrastructure for Agency Securities Finance operations at JP Morgan Chase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, quants, and compliance officers to integrate platform features
  • Implement scalable microservices and APIs to support securities lending and collateral management
  • Optimize platform performance for low-latency processing of financial transactions in a global market
  • Ensure platform security and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments
  • Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to enhance development efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues in production environments, minimizing downtime

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform development
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable platforms in the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of securities finance, particularly agency securities lending and borrowing
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
