Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for platform products supporting agile teams within JP Morgan Chase's technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Drive the integration of agile tools to enhance productivity for development teams in financial services projects
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on product agility solutions tailored to banking needs
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's risk and compliance frameworks
• Gather and incorporate feedback from agile teams to iterate on platform enhancements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new tools across global teams
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to optimize user experience in a high-stakes financial environment
• Partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with broader organizational goals in digital transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development tools or agile methodologies
• Proven track record of managing platform products in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of agile development practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders in a large-scale organization
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to technology platforms in banking

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with agile transformation initiatives
