Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple complex technology programs focused on infrastructure platforms, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Develop and implement program management frameworks, methodologies, and governance to drive efficient delivery of innovative infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to define program scopes, timelines, and success metrics for infrastructure initiatives
• Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and analysts to deliver high-impact projects such as cloud migrations and platform optimizations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology programs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies at JP Morgan Chase
• Track program performance using KPIs, reporting progress to leadership and adjusting strategies to maintain momentum and achieve business outcomes
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PMO, integrating emerging technologies like AI and automation into infrastructure platforms
• Coordinate with global teams in London and other hubs to ensure seamless program execution across JP Morgan Chase's international operations
• Mentor junior program managers and provide guidance on best practices in technical program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure platforms or technology delivery within financial services
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technology programs in a regulated environment like banking
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management
• Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity in financial contexts
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global organization
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Tier 1 investment bank or similar financial institution
• Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CSM)
• Background in managing infrastructure modernization projects involving hybrid cloud environments
• MBA or advanced business degree with a focus on technology management
• Prior leadership role in PMO functions within technology divisions
