As the Portfolio & Program Management Director in the Strategy category, you will report to CDAO leadership and be based in our New York, NY headquarters, driving the strategic oversight of high-impact programs that transform how JPMorgan Chase leverages data for competitive advantage in the financial industry. In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of data and analytics initiatives, including advanced AI applications for fraud detection, real-time market analytics, and enterprise-wide data integration efforts. You will collaborate closely with executive sponsors, technology partners, and business leaders to define program scopes, mitigate risks associated with financial regulations like Dodd-Frank and SOX, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and client value. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment between CDAO's vision and the firm's broader goals, such as sustainable growth and innovation in digital banking. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio management of data and analytics programs within the CDAO, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's strategic objectives
• Oversee program execution across multiple initiatives, including data governance, AI/ML deployment, and analytics platform enhancements
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in business lines such as Corporate & Investment Bank and Consumer & Community Banking to prioritize projects
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, risk assessments, and performance metrics to track ROI and compliance
• Drive resource allocation and budgeting for data initiatives, optimizing for cost efficiency in a high-stakes financial environment
• Mentor and build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
• Identify emerging trends in financial data analytics, such as real-time risk modeling, and integrate them into the firm's strategy
• Ensure all programs adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards
• Facilitate cross-firm governance forums to resolve dependencies and escalate issues to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Analytics) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio and program management within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record leading large-scale data and analytics initiatives in a banking environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCAR, and Basel III impacting data governance
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization like JPMorgan Chase
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment between business units and technology teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile methodologies and portfolio management tools like Jira or Planview
• Background in risk management or compliance within investment banking or asset management
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, or data-related credentials (e.g., CDMP)
• Prior leadership role in a Chief Data Office or similar analytics function at a major financial institution
