Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prime brokerage clients, managing day-to-day operational queries and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and resolve trade-related issues, including settlements, corporate actions, and margin calls in coordination with trading and operations teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support to hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors
  • Assist in client onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and system setups
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Analyze client portfolios to identify service gaps and recommend solutions aligned with JP Morgan's prime brokerage offerings
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies while mitigating operational risks
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on client activity to support business development initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Client Service team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service, operations, or prime brokerage within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, and prime brokerage products
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
