Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports for Prime Finance products
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in financial metrics
  • Support the development and maintenance of control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with front-office traders, middle-office, and finance teams to validate trade data
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including reconciliations and attestations
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators and exposures in prime finance activities
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and ad-hoc financial projects
  • Enhance reporting tools and automate processes using Excel and financial software
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's internal controls and SOX compliance standards
  • Provide analytical support for business initiatives and product strategy in Prime Finance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, product control, or a related analytical role
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and prime brokerage products
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and P&L analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for the Buenos Aires location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar financial platforms
