Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing tailored financial services support in prime brokerage operations
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client trading efficiency and risk management
  • Monitor client portfolios, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports using JPMorgan's proprietary tools
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while facilitating seamless trade execution and settlement
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan products and services to drive client growth and retention
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior stakeholders as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and digital innovation initiatives within the Prime Financial Services team
  • Participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss strategies and market insights
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with data protection regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, client servicing, or prime brokerage operations
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UK and EU
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for financial modeling
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to obtain relevant financial certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
