Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Futures Execution product suite across North America, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global prime services goals
• Lead product innovation, including the integration of AI-driven analytics and automated execution tools to enhance client trading efficiency
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of futures execution products, ensuring seamless integration with clearing, settlement, and risk management systems
• Collaborate with sales, trading, and technology teams to identify market opportunities and client needs in futures markets
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing execution algorithms, reducing latency, and improving straight-through processing rates
• Manage regulatory compliance and risk frameworks for futures products, staying ahead of evolving CFTC and SEC requirements
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, developers, and analysts to foster innovation and talent development
• Monitor key performance metrics such as execution quality, client satisfaction, and revenue contribution from futures products
• Partner with global counterparts to ensure consistency in product offerings while tailoring solutions for North American clients
• Represent JP Morgan Chase in industry forums, contributing to thought leadership on futures execution trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 10 years in futures trading, execution products, or prime brokerage
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and development in derivatives or futures markets
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments including CFTC, SEC, and MiFID II impacting futures execution
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes trading environment
• Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms and low-latency execution systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through product innovation in capital markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Tier 1 investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase or equivalent
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal systems like Athena or similar trading platforms
• Prior leadership role in North American futures markets or prime services
• Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Series 7/63 licenses
• Background in agile methodologies for product development in fintech
