Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize trade lifecycle processes in Prime Financial Services
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance client experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-office, risk management, and technology to drive data-driven decisions
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators
• Lead initiatives to automate analytics workflows, reducing manual interventions and improving accuracy in trade settlements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal JPMorgan policies in all analytics outputs
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the strategic direction of the analytics team in Singapore
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client queries and business development opportunities in the APAC region
• Monitor market trends and integrate relevant data sources to forecast operational impacts on prime services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with a focus on analytics and trade lifecycle management
• Proven track record in data analysis and reporting within prime brokerage or financial services environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial markets, including those applicable in Asia-Pacific
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with direct client impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance, Analytics, or related discipline
• Prior experience at a global investment bank like JPMorgan Chase in prime services operations
• Familiarity with JPMorgan's internal systems and tools for trade processing and analytics
• Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or data analytics credentials (e.g., Google Data Analytics)

• Proficiency in SQL and database querying for large-scale financial datasets
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VBA, and financial modeling

• Understanding of trade lifecycle events in prime brokerage, including execution, clearing, and settlement

• Project management expertise to lead analytics initiatives from inception to implementation
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, or MAS guidelines
