Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing clients across multiple asset classes in Prime Financial Services
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, trading, compliance, and technology to ensure seamless transitions
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for transition initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan policies throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Analyze client requirements and customize solutions to optimize their prime services experience
  • Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency in transition management
  • Monitor post-transition performance and support ongoing client relationship management
  • Contribute to training and knowledge sharing within the Prime Financial Services team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transition management, client onboarding, or operations within financial services
  • Strong understanding of multi-asset class products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and MiFID II
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies in a fast-paced banking environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in New York, NY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase
