Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable enterprise data and AI platforms to support JPMorgan Chase's global financial operations
  • Drive the adoption of Data Mesh principles to enable decentralized data ownership and governance across business units
  • Lead the integration of Generative AI solutions to enhance risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer personalization in banking services
  • Develop cloud-native architectures that ensure high availability, security, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data and AI, aligning with JPMorgan's innovation strategy
  • Mentor senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance and scalability
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as AI-driven analytics for investment banking and asset management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on data platforms and AI solutions in financial services
  • Proven track record in designing scalable data architectures, including Data Mesh implementations
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in financial data environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking, including GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise transformations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional) or AI/ML frameworks
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution, such as JPMorgan Chase or similar
  • Knowledge of Generative AI applications in finance, including ethical AI deployment
  • Advanced degree in Data Science or AI
