Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect innovative digital channels and connectivity solutions to support JP Morgan Chase's global client base
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, secure platforms for mobile banking, online portals, and API ecosystems
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance transaction processing and user experience in financial services
• Ensure architectural alignment with firm-wide standards for security, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical leadership in agile sprints and project delivery
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for digital initiatives across retail and investment banking
• Drive innovation in connectivity protocols to integrate third-party fintech partners seamlessly
• Optimize system architectures for low-latency, high-availability in 24/7 global operations
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for digital transformation at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on digital channels and connectivity in financial services
• Proven track record of designing scalable, secure systems for high-volume transaction environments
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices design
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments within large enterprises

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
