Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise data platforms to support JP Morgan Chase's global financial operations
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define data strategy aligned with business objectives in investment banking and consumer services
  • Ensure architectural solutions comply with financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal risk management policies
  • Drive innovation in data technologies, including cloud migration and real-time analytics for market-leading financial products
  • Mentor and guide senior architects and development teams in best practices for scalable, secure data systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data engineering, or software development within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data architectures for large-scale financial systems
  • Deep expertise in data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and SEC requirements
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver high-impact data solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their application in financial data management
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in a technology or finance-related field
  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or data management (e.g., CDMP)
