Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of secure architecture platforms to protect JP Morgan Chase's financial systems and data
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives in the banking sector
• Evaluate and recommend modern cybersecurity solutions, including zero-trust models and advanced encryption for transaction security
• Oversee the integration of security architectures into product development lifecycles across Chase's digital banking platforms
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for high-stakes financial applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Mentor and guide a team of security architects in adopting strategic cybersecurity practices
• Drive innovation in cybersecurity tools to mitigate emerging threats like cyber fraud and ransomware in financial services
• Partner with global teams to implement consistent security standards for JP Morgan's international operations
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security architectures, providing insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within financial services
• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure architecture platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX relevant to the financial sector
• Experience with cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments in banking institutions
• Certification in cybersecurity architecture such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF
