Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the migration of legacy financial systems to cloud environments, ensuring minimal disruption to trading, risk management, and client services
  • Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues related to cloud performance, cost optimization, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on cloud adoption strategies, including hybrid cloud models for sensitive banking data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex cloud migration and optimization projects within the financial services sector
  • Deep expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and container orchestration
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR) and risk management in financial institutions
  • Experience with agile methodologies and program management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
