Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the delivery of complex software initiatives in the digital banking space at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps and ensure alignment with firm-wide digital transformation goals
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including scoping, resourcing, budgeting, and risk mitigation for high-impact projects
• Drive agile methodologies to accelerate delivery of secure, scalable digital banking solutions like mobile wallets and online account management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and JP Morgan's security standards throughout project execution
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies to enhance customer experience in Chase's digital platforms
• Mentor junior program managers and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Present program updates to senior leadership, translating technical details into business value for the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or digital banking
• Proven track record of leading large-scale software delivery initiatives in agile environments
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, including mobile apps, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance in the financial sector (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
