Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformative technology programs for JP Morgan's digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define program roadmaps and mitigate risks in financial services environments
• Oversee agile ceremonies, resource allocation, and budget management for multi-million-dollar initiatives
• Drive innovation in digital customer experiences, including mobile banking and payment systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance at JP Morgan Chase
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations across global teams
• Measure program success through KPIs, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the technical program delivery team
• Partner with external vendors to integrate third-party solutions into JP Morgan's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in digital platforms or financial technology
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management in financial services
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX) in the banking sector

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in project management (PMP, SAFe)
