Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformative technology programs that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency across JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps and technical strategies aligned with firm-wide goals
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex, high-stakes financial technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive adoption of innovative solutions, such as cloud migration and AI-driven analytics, to optimize processes in investment banking and asset management
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for multi-million-dollar projects in a global setting
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on technology trends impacting the financial services industry
• Foster cross-functional partnerships in EMEA, particularly in Glasgow, to integrate local and global tech ecosystems
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to deliver measurable business value
• Mentor junior program managers and promote best practices in agile delivery within JP Morgan's tech organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in a global enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management in regulated industries
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA regions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or AWS/GCP cloud practitioner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management technology programs
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
• Prior work at a global financial institution, ideally with exposure to JP Morgan's tech stack
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in financial services applications
