  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and risk management in regulated industries
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA regions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
