Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs focused on infrastructure modernization and production optimization across JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program roadmaps that align with firm-wide strategic goals, including enhancing client experiences in wealth management and investment banking
• Identify and mitigate risks in production environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance with financial industry standards
• Drive cross-functional teams to implement transformative initiatives, such as cloud migrations and automation of infrastructure-as-code practices
• Provide strategic insights on technology trends, recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime in critical financial systems
• Monitor program progress using KPIs, reporting to executive leadership on milestones, budgets, and outcomes
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML for predictive production management in trading platforms
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle
• Mentor junior program managers and promote best practices in agile delivery within the infrastructure domain

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure and production environments in financial services
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, transformative technology programs in a high-stakes banking environment
• Deep understanding of financial regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and Basel III, with experience ensuring compliance in tech initiatives
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and production management systems
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across global locations, including collaboration with engineering, operations, and risk management
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in a technical discipline
