Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformative technology programs that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency across JPMorgan Chase's global operations
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program roadmaps aligned with firm-wide strategic goals in wealth management, investment banking, and consumer banking
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex tech initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies such as cloud migration, AI-driven analytics, and secure payment systems to optimize firm-wide processes
• Manage cross-functional teams, including vendors and offshore resources, to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide strategic insights and technical expertise to senior leadership, influencing decisions on technology investments and portfolio prioritization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile practices and metrics to measure program success and ROI
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future initiatives in the financial services landscape
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing JPMorgan Chase infrastructure, minimizing disruptions to critical banking services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in a global enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 20+ members in high-stakes projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite executives

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in a technical discipline
• Experience in AI/ML or blockchain initiatives within banking
• Certification in PMP, SAFe, or AWS Solutions Architect
• Prior role at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and cybersecurity frameworks in finance
