Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end vendor consolidation initiatives for hardware and software across Global Technology, identifying redundancies and negotiating optimized contracts to achieve strategic cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and engineering, to develop and execute vendor management strategies aligned with JPMorgan Chase's business objectives
  • Conduct vendor performance assessments, risk evaluations, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies
  • Drive optimization programs by analyzing current vendor portfolios, recommending rationalization opportunities, and implementing cost-effective alternatives
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple concurrent initiatives, reporting progress to senior leadership
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to minimize disruptions during vendor transitions in a high-volume financial services environment
  • Identify emerging vendor technologies and trends to support innovation in JPMorgan Chase's global technology infrastructure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on vendor management and IT procurement in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of leading vendor consolidation and optimization projects that deliver measurable cost savings in financial services or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software vendor ecosystems, including contract negotiation, SLAs, and compliance with regulatory standards like SOX and GDPR
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global organization, with expertise in agile methodologies and program governance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-stakes projects involving multimillion-dollar budgets in the financial industry
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with senior executives, vendors, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
