Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to enhance consumer banking experiences at CCB COSMIC
  • Lead the integration of Generative AI solutions for personalized financial advice and automation
  • Collaborate with data teams to build scalable pipelines for handling financial datasets
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in AI model governance and ethics
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and apply them to solve complex financial challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and Generative AI

  • Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and model deployment in cloud environments like AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
