Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage PMO activities for business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in the Private Bank division
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, to communicate project status and gather requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for transparency and decision-making
  • Support the adoption of best practices in agile transformation within the financial services context
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency in private banking operations
  • Coordinate with technology and operations teams to integrate solutions that meet client needs in wealth management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout project lifecycles
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and optimize future initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing PMO functions for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management sectors at a global financial institution
  • Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
