Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale business transformation projects to deliver strategic priorities in the Private Bank division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and client-facing groups to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct gap analyses and develop roadmaps for operational enhancements aligned with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimal disruption to client services
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable transformation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance in all transformation activities
  • Support the integration of innovative solutions to enhance client experience in private banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business transformation, project management, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives in a banking or private wealth management environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management at a tier-1 financial institution
  • Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar project management credentials
