Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase Private Client clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
• Prospect and acquire new clients within the Walnut Street Shadyside Branch in Pittsburgh, PA, through community engagement and referrals
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including KYC and AML standards
• Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to meet evolving financial goals
• Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and JPMorgan Chase's mobile platforms
• Participate in local events and networking to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Pittsburgh community
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with internal audit requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Pittsburgh, PA
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private banking or high-net-worth client advisory
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional certification
• Knowledge of local Pittsburgh market and community networking
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language spoken in the Shadyside area
• Prior experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools
