Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and advisors, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients within the Omaha community and expanding existing relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, federal regulations, and risk management protocols
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, security features, and market insights from JPMorgan's research
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client concerns or opportunities
  • Participate in community events and networking to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in Omaha
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with banking standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and federal licensing requirements, including Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health Insurance licenses
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Compliance with all regulatory standards set by the SEC, FINRA, and other financial authorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or private banking clients at a major financial institution
