Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Engage with branch customers to identify needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including deposits, mortgages, and wealth management services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional service to enhance client loyalty and referrals
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase specialists, such as investment advisors and mortgage bankers, to deliver comprehensive financial planning
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients within the Greenwood Village community and surrounding Metro Southeast areas
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and present customized product recommendations compliant with regulatory standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for investment performance, risk management, and goal achievement
  • Ensure adherence to all JP Morgan Chase policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JP Morgan Chase's Private Client services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Chase's proprietary systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Active and valid Notary Public commission or ability to obtain one
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to meet and maintain Chase's high standards for client satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the financial industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or financial advisor serving high-net-worth clients
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent certification
  • Proven track record in sales of investment and lending products at JP Morgan Chase
  • Experience working in a branch environment in the Denver metro area
