Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Back Bay branch and surrounding Boston community to grow client relationships
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions from JP Morgan Chase's suite of products, including deposits, mortgages, and wealth management
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless service and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Drive client engagement through proactive outreach, events, and digital tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and community networking in Boston
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in JP Morgan Chase systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Boston, MA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • Experience with Chase Private Client programs or similar elite banking services
