Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new high-value clients through branch referrals, networking, and community events in Middletown, DE
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored products like investment portfolios, mortgages, and credit solutions
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services in the new Bayberry Town Center Branch
  • Drive sales of Chase investment and lending products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to achieve retention and growth targets
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase's mobile platforms to enhance their experience
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide proactive advice on portfolio adjustments
  • Participate in branch events and contribute to the successful launch of the new build location
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to JPMC's risk management and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6 and 66 (or 7 and 66) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or financial advisor in a high-net-worth client segment
  • Familiarity with Chase's wealth management platforms and tools
  • Experience in a new branch opening or branch development projects
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Delaware
