Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the branch and surrounding community to grow the client base
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively address changes in financial situations or market conditions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs and attorneys, to enhance client acquisition
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and JPMorgan's mobile platforms to enhance their experience
  • Participate in community events in Bedford, MA, to promote Chase's brand and services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in retail banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment
