Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the branch and local community in the NJ Middlesex Somerset Market
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate products like investments, mortgages, and credit solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to deepen wallet share and achieve retention goals
• Collaborate with branch teams, including tellers and specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
• Drive sales of JPMorgan Chase financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps to enhance their financial management
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely insights to clients
• Participate in local networking events and business development activities in Bedminster, NJ
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in JPMorgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
• Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
• Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets
• Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance
• Ability to work in a branch environment and travel within the NJ Middlesex Somerset Market as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• 3+ years of experience in private banking or high-net-worth client advisory
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in New Jersey
