Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs
• Prospect and acquire new clients within the Belmont and 11th branch footprint in Portland, OR, through community engagement and referrals
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management products from JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and advisors, to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
• Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment referrals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by Chase
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and internal JPMorgan Chase policies
• Participate in local networking events and business development activities to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Portland market
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively reach out with opportunities for portfolio optimization and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or client-facing roles
• Active Series 6 and 66 (or 7 and 66) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
• Valid Life and Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a retail banking environment
• Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management services
• Ability to work in a branch setting in Portland, OR, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal banker or in private client services at a major financial institution
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
• Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and products
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in the Portland community
• Previous success in building and maintaining high-net-worth client relationships
