Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, recommending appropriate products from JPMorgan Chase's robust portfolio—such as premium deposit accounts, brokerage services, and customized lending—and ensuring seamless integration of digital and in-person experiences. You will collaborate with branch colleagues, including relationship managers and specialists, to provide holistic support while driving sales growth through proactive outreach and community involvement. Compliance and risk management are paramount, so you will adhere to all regulatory standards to protect both clients and the firm. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including checking, savings, mortgages, and investment products
  • Conduct financial planning discussions to help clients achieve their goals, leveraging JPMorgan Chase's comprehensive wealth management services
  • Prospect and acquire new high-value clients within the Decatur, AL community through branch interactions and networking
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless service and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Drive branch performance by participating in sales initiatives and community events at the new Beltline and 6th Branch
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state banking and/or securities licenses (Series 6/63/65 or 7/66 as required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, investments, and lending solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Banker or in wealth management
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional certification
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases
  • Advanced knowledge of credit analysis and portfolio management
