Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending appropriate banking, credit, and investment products
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to tailor solutions like mortgages, wealth management, and retirement planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless service and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Drive branch growth by prospecting new high-value clients in the Broadway and Cedar St. area through networking and referrals
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including KYC, AML, and regulatory reporting for all client interactions
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and Chase's mobile app to enhance their experience
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs to achieve satisfaction and retention goals
  • Participate in community events in New York to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in JPMorgan Chase systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles such as banking or wealth management
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and credit solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in New York City
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience with Chase Private Client or similar premium banking programs
