Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the Carpentersville branch and surrounding community
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to recommend tailored investment, lending, and banking products
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Drive client engagement through proactive outreach, events, and digital tools
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Chase policies in client interactions
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies to meet client goals and market conditions
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs and attorneys
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Educate clients on Chase's full suite of services, including J.P. Morgan Wealth Management offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active and in good standing with state securities and life insurance license requirements
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages in Carpentersville, IL
  • Previous role in a high-net-worth client advisory position
