Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products such as investment portfolios, mortgages, credit solutions, and banking services
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, consultations, and tailored financial planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and advisors, to deliver seamless Chase experiences
  • Drive business growth by prospecting for new clients within the local South Euclid community and referring opportunities to partners
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, while maintaining accurate client records
  • Conduct financial reviews and portfolio analyses to support client goals and risk tolerance
  • Educate clients on market trends, economic factors, and Chase's digital banking tools
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to achieve long-term financial objectives
  • Participate in community events to enhance JP Morgan Chase's brand presence in Cedar and Warrensville areas

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
  • State-specific life and health insurance licenses, or ability to obtain promptly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products including investments, lending, and deposit solutions
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking
