Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, consultations, and tailored wealth management strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including deposit accounts, mortgages, and credit options
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JP Morgan Chase products while adhering to compliance and risk management standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to deliver timely insights and adjustments to financial plans
  • Assist walk-in customers in the branch with everyday banking needs, escalating complex issues to specialists
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all interactions comply with federal regulations like Reg BI
  • Participate in community events and networking to expand JP Morgan Chase's presence in the Central Virginia market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state securities agent registration (S7) and FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to work in a branch setting with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and ongoing training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
