Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions from JP Morgan Chase's suite of products
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Central West Chicago market
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell deposit, credit, and investment products
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve complex inquiries
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to offer proactive advice on wealth management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand JP Morgan Chase's presence in Chicago
  • Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and sales performance to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in wealth management or retail banking
  • Active and in good standing with the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 or 7 licenses
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Chicago, IL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 66 license or equivalent
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's Private Client services or similar high-touch banking programs
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in the Central West Chicago market
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or certifications like CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
  • Prior success in cross-selling complex financial products to affluent clients
