Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chicago Central South market to grow client relationships and assets under management
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions from JPMorgan Chase's suite of products, including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment portfolios
  • Collaborate with branch teams, specialists, and JPMorgan advisors to deliver holistic wealth management services
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with JPMorgan Chase's risk management, anti-money laundering, and regulatory policies
  • Drive client engagement through proactive outreach, events, and digital tools to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely insights and adjust client strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on portfolio performance and sales metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and federal licensing requirements, including Series 6, Series 7, and Series 66 (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Chicago, IL
  • Compliance with all regulatory standards set by FINRA, SEC, and other financial authorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in a private banking or wealth management setting
  • Existing client portfolio or network in the Chicago Central South market
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in the Chicago community
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools, such as Chase Connect or investment platforms
