Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored banking, investment, and lending products from JP Morgan Chase
• Build and maintain deep relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Cobble Hill area, ensuring exceptional service and retention
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management strategies
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and achieve sales goals
• Monitor client portfolios and market trends to proactively offer insights and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies in client interactions
• Educate clients on digital tools and resources available through Chase's platforms
• Participate in community events in Brooklyn to enhance JP Morgan Chase's local presence
• Handle complex client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to uphold the firm's reputation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, preferably in wealth management or retail banking
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services offered by JP Morgan Chase
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve high-net-worth clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Brooklyn, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Private Banker or in private client services at a major financial institution
• Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• Familiarity with Chase's digital banking platforms and tools for client portfolio management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse Cobble Hill community
• Prior success in cross-selling JP Morgan Chase investment and lending products
