Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and lending advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including deposits, loans, mortgages, and investment strategies
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Columbus, MS area, leveraging the new Arrington Park Branch
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services aligned with JPMorgan Chase's offerings
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals, community engagement, and targeted outreach in the local market
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to proactively advise on opportunities and risks
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Drive branch growth by achieving sales targets for banking and investment products
  • Educate clients on digital tools and Chase's mobile banking platforms to enhance their experience
  • Participate in community events to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Columbus, MS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active Series 6 and 66 (or 7 and 66) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and credit services
  • Ability to work in a branch environment and meet performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Banker or Wealth Advisor at a major financial institution
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in the Columbus, MS community
  • Previous success in cross-selling complex financial products to affluent clients
