Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, investment, and lending products to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, consultations, and tailored financial planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver seamless experiences across Chase's ecosystem of services
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients within the local Orlando community and referring opportunities to partners
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support for investment strategies and wealth management needs
  • Educate clients on digital tools, mobile banking, and Chase's integrated financial platforms
  • Participate in community events and networking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in Corner Lakes, Orlando

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
  • Active and in good standing with state securities and life insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses (or willingness to pursue and complete)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service goals

  • Ability to work in a branch environment and travel locally as needed
