Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions including mortgages, credit lines, and investment strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring exceptional service and proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services aligned with JP Morgan Chase's offerings
  • Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities for Chase products like Sapphire Banking and J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely advice on asset allocation and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Participate in community events in Downtown Crossing to enhance Chase's brand presence and attract new clients
  • Mentor associate bankers on client service best practices and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or banking
  • Active Series 6, 7, and 66 securities licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and client satisfaction targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Boston, MA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Experience with high-net-worth client portfolios at a top-tier financial institution
