Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Client customers, providing personalized banking, lending, and investment advice
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including deposit accounts, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Eastside South Market area of Kent, WA, through proactive outreach and branch interactions
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including Wealth Management Advisors and Mortgage Specialists, to deliver holistic financial planning
  • Conduct financial reviews and portfolio assessments to ensure alignment with clients' goals and risk tolerance
  • Drive business growth by prospecting new clients within the local community and referring opportunities to other Chase lines of business
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, federal regulations, and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile app and online banking to enhance their experience
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely advice on investment strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in JPMorgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client advisory roles
  • Active and in good standing with state and/or national licensing requirements, including Series 6, Series 7, and Series 66 (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment in Kent, WA
  • Compliance with all regulatory standards set by FINRA, SEC, and other financial authorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor serving affluent clients at a major financial institution
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase's digital platforms and Chase Private Client services
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other languages common in the Kent, WA community
