Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chase Private Clients, providing personalized banking and wealth management advice
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, including checking, savings, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products
• Conduct financial planning discussions, including retirement, education funding, and estate planning, in collaboration with JPMorgan specialists
• Drive branch-based business growth by prospecting new clients through referrals, community events, and digital leads in the Albuquerque area
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and securities regulations, while maintaining accurate client records
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, resolving complex issues and escalating to senior advisors when needed
• Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to proactively offer timely advice on investment opportunities and risk management
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with JPMorgan's product offerings and financial industry trends
• Contribute to a positive branch culture by mentoring junior staff and supporting team sales initiatives
• Track and report on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction scores and revenue growth, to branch leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, retail banking, or client-facing roles
• Active and in good standing with state banking and/or securities license requirements
• Series 6, 7, and 66 (or equivalent) licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within 120 days
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a banking environment
• Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management
• Ability to work in a branch setting in Albuquerque, NM, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a banker or advisor in private client or high-net-worth services
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional certification
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the Albuquerque market demographics
• Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems and tools, or comparable large-bank platforms
• Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships in a competitive financial services landscape
